The fact she didn't STFU, and RTFM first, otherwise ask for help from the dealership shows her complete lack of common sense to help herself before asking for help. One of my parents is this way, and their stupidity knows no bounds. They can't be trusted with a cellphone, and have never been allowed to use the computer. They can barely change the inputs on the tv from dvd to cable box, and make sure they are changing the channel on the correct device.

After years of trying to get them to understand the relationship of different video and audio inputs I just gave up and now they listen though their tv..
They like the surround sound, but they just can never figure it out. Even though it's been setup the same way for years and I have written out instructions before. | |
