<description><![CDATA[stevie posted : Bill, thanks for the tip on DNS. From what I could find on the two DNS IP's in the router, they were roadrunner DNS servers located in California. I now have the correct DNS server IP's for Texas in the router. Hopefully this will solve the issue.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[stevie posted : I have had issues of Outlook hanging on receiving email for the past few days. I have talked with Time Warner and they have been no help. Today I connected directly to the modem, taking the router out of the loop, and the email worked! I have had no connection issues, just the email problem. My router is only about 4 months old and I have made no changes to it at all. I'm also not able to access the roadrunner webmail, but outside of my network it works. I was able to hit the webmail from my Mom's house.<br><br>Thanks for any help.]]></description>
