Any alternative ISPs to Niagara region coming any soon?

I mean all the damn ISPs available to us right now are terrible.. I had my hopes up for ikTel but their speeds started getting slow and inconsistent(getting mediocre pings and packet loss.. even though the connection itself has restored to its profile recently... at around 14mbps)

Anyways, any alternatives or new isps coming any soon?
