kudos:4 | Class Action Settlement Got a post card today saying I am included in a Class Action Settlement Involving my AT&T DSL Service. It's because they may have throttled my speed without my knowledge.

I got one too..my understanding is, us AT&T DSL users will get a $2 off on the monthly.
I'm off from the contract for over 3 yrs now (Basic)..but I do not think a $2 discount is enough of an incentive to stay on.
In fact, I am considering canceling my service by the end of the month, since I got a pretty good offer (faster speed and lower price) from another DSL provider, with no contracts involved thrown in. |
