| reply to jjoshua Yeah, US sellers try to pass off this fake crap. I once bought a 8 GB mp3 player from someone in atlanta, GA on ebay. The mp3 player was actually a 2GB with the drive record hacked to report it was 8GB when plugged into your computer. Once you hit the 2GB limit it would only copy a dummy file with the file name to the drive. The file only existed in the drive record and was not really on there.
They were selling alot of these on ebay. I bitched and got them to give me my money back. They even paid for me to ship the player back to them by promising not to give them negative feedback. Then I posted negative feedback that they players were selling fake 2GB mp3 players and messaged people who recently won some of their auctions. A bunch of people started refusing to pay them and they called me up threatening me for lying to their other customers on ebay. I told them to fuck off and they never bugged me again. Their account was deleted a few days later and I am sure they started selling the fakes again under another name. -- ...brought to you by Carl's Jr. |
