kudos:6 | Pre-paid VISAs can be purchased for ~2.99-4.99 in "fees." You can register the card with the processor and add an address if required for online purchases.
On the first month, you'll find yourself at either a slight discount (if on the $2.99 end) or at a break-even point with buying game cards. On the second month, you'll already be saving money.
There are also "temporary use" CC numbers on some cards.

But 3 times now in dungeons, I've had hunters/healing druids take gear that was an upgrade for me. To the point where I refuse to go with a druid healer in LFG, I'll kick them first. AGI Leather gear, stam/? trinkets, and I think a ring.

That 101-200 bonus roll only applies to LFR raids. Dungeon randoms still follow the same old need/greed 1-100 rolls only. They're supposed to be making changes to looting in MoP but I'm not exactly sure what they're doing. |

I see Ant's problem.. just try to do LFD/LFR with the most friends/guidlies possible so they can roll need for her and trade the item to her..
Unknown pug will likely ninja most items, even if they don't need it.. they prefer to vendor/DE over upgrade to another person. |

I feel the same we have strong tanks, healing and dps even while leveling some of us already working on heroics.
