Intermittent connection loss.

I've had TWC for a few years now and I occasionally have issues, but this is a first. The connection has been good for the past 4 months, but a few days ago I started getting an intermittent connection drop.

Here is an example of what I'm talking about,

This occurs during any activity; Youtube, gaming, web browsing. I eliminated my router and have my modem connected directly to the PC.
