I am now again seeing packet loss. Tried resetting my modem with no improvement.
Ran another MTR and packet loss is happening between my router (david.local) and Cox (10.15.224.1).

Cox is really starting to annoy me because they keep raising my monthly rates and the service just keeps getting worse. Why am I paying more now for worse service? |

And if a continuing issue why haven't you had a tech out to your house? |
