I actually love my Verizon 3.5G service, it's usually pretty consistent with me, I'll see if I can upload a few screen shots, either way it's not real 4G either, but I find it a little amusing that now all the sudden the iPhone 4S is 4G because of HSPA+
That last screenshot showing 19Mbps server was taken today, as you can see I average between 10 - 22Mbps service on the download and 2 - 5Mbps on the upload (However I have seen a few rare occasions where I get 5 - 12Mbps on the upload.)
