kudos:1 | Meriden, CT authentication issues I'll post this here because I don't see it anywhere else and it might save some people in this area from calling tech support.
There's a problem with authentication at the Meriden access concentrator. This is affecting users in the Hartford area, as well.
No real ETA on a fix, but they're working on it. |

kudos:1 | I didn't hear back from my customer today, so I thought it was working.
The ETA AT&T finally gave for a fix was '4-24 hours', so it should be fixed now. If it isn't, give them a piece of your mind.  |

I'm going to call my customer and make sure they're OK. I think that if the outage for everyone had lasted this long, we'd see more activity in this forum. |
