Make sure you take the time to contact Comcast and let them know how good Dan is. I have done this with every tech that has come in and done a great job for me. I believe this is the best way to retain good technicians. Make sure they know that their efforts are appreciated.

Maybe I should pm Steve and see if it got through. I really feel Comcast needs to know this guy is someone they cant afford to loose. I worded it better in my post. But Dan is the man! as far as I'm concerned.
