| [PA] Open Carry - Meet And Eat On Saturday, March 10, 2012, Applebee's at 320 Macdade Blvd in Ridley Township will be hosting a "meet and eat" for all devotees of the open carry gun laws. It begins at 5:30pm and all are welcome to attend.
If able to take the time to go, I will open carry my Model 19 Smith&Wesson .357 Magnum that I have been carrying concealed since 1972.

The only “City of the First Class” in PA is Philadelphia, where open carry is still legal, but requires an LTCF (License to Carry a Firearm).
