Why was Citywest review removed? It's a Canadian ISP -- if you need evidence of its performance (or lack thereof) I have a series of line quality tests over a reasonable period of time showing gateway problems.
It services at least four cities, it's certainly big enough.
Can you elaborate on "removed"? I see you submitted a wireless review for them one day ago via email, which I haven't had a chance to approve yet, but nothing has been removed.
