[XPHome] No USB Connect/Disconnect Sounds

Just did a OS reinstall and am not getting the USB connect/disconnect sounds. All USB devices work fine and I can sure live with it but would like to have everything working properly. Also not getting the Safe to remove hardware wave. Other sounds work fine. I assume I messed something up but do any of you have an idea how to fix this?
