The connector circled in red looks like a standard 12v connector for the cpu.
Your power supply has what is called an eps 8 pin connector. This should be a breakaway type connector which can be divided into two 4 pin connectors. It is intended to fit either the standard 4 pin 12v or the 8 pin variant. You'll notice that some of the pins are rounded and some are square so it is keyed to only fit the correct way but you can check against your old supply or the motherboard connector so you don't try to force it in the wrong way.
If the 8 pin can't be divided then you should be able to plug the correct 4 pins into the socket and leave the others hanging unconnected but I'm pretty sure the 8 pin eps on that supply will be able to be divided.
