This is what happens when you refuse to prosecute a war to the fullest. Instead of going in with everything we had and steamrolling all resistance, we instead tried to build consensus with corrupt warlords and turn people to our side by giving them peanut butter sandwiches. Go big or go home. At this point, go home is the only option left.
You can't prosecute a war fully in that environment. Well unless you just kill absolutely everybody. It was already a destroyed nation. We should just leave, and simply watch from the outside. If terrorists try to hide there and strike elsewhere simply go in, kill them all, and leave again.
