[XPHome] File and Settings Transfer Wizard Issue

Windows XP Home SP3. All Windows Updates are applied. About 5 minutes after logging in the File and Settings Transfer Wizard just pops up. I close it and in another 5 minutes or so, it opens up again...rinse and repeat. What could be causing this? Any solution? Thanks for your time.

Figured it out. Someone made a Scheduled Event for it.
