Re: BCE 2011 Financials ... and we wonder, how much of those financials were a direct result of gouging, dirty tricks, skimming, loansharking, leaning down on, nickel and diming, stealing candy from, giving the BOHICA, sneaky tricksy department operations. |

For all the above: comments are due March 21. (as per CRTC letter of Mars 1)
The CNOC Part 1 (filed January 4h, but dated 5th by CRTC) final replies are now due Mars 23rd
Of the R&Vs whose dates have been confirmed by CRTC letters.
Videotron: comments due mars 28, reply on April 9 Rogers: comments due April 2, reply due April 12 Shaw: comments due Mars 26, reply on April 5
Other R&Vs whose dates have not been confirmed by CRTC:
Bell Canada filed March 1 (so would be due April 1/11) CNOC filed March 2 (so would be due April 2/12) MTS filed March 2 (so would be due April 2/12)
However, I have learned that "date submitted" is not when the 30 day timer for comments starts. CRTC starts it when it opens the file it seems.
Here is the one that is "official" as per the CRTC Web site: »services.crtc.gc.ca/pub/instance···Lang=eng

The lawyers on ALL sides are laughing our loud that they will get even richer from overseeing the docs for each party.
And Katz is doing his best impression of a Duck, but it isn't helping any - he still has to deal with all of it. |

They made a neat little video of it:

EDIT: the ad firm which did this Distributel campaign is Speed Expérientiel. »www.speed-xm.com
They have done some very interesting work (much of it is on their web site). (Including some for Bell's Fib in Québec City) |

 | reply to jfmezei 400k is less than 10% of CRTC's budget. If they keep the chairman's position vacated, they are already more than half way there. :P |

 | Not UBB related, but can't pass off this:
»www.torontosun.com/2012/03/31/ct···-comment "CTV host allegedly tells boss to f--- himself"
>Don Martin, the host of Power Play, a political talk show on CTV News Channel, was not on-air Friday as CTV officials spent the day trying to determine what Martin may or not may have said about George Cope, chief executive officer of Bell, the conglomerate that owns CTV.
>At the party, held at a restaurant a block from Parliament Hill, Martin is alleged to have engaged in a verbal altercation with Dimitri Soudas, the former director of communications for Prime Minister Stephen Harper and now the executive director for communications for the Canadian Olympic Committee. During the course of that altercation, Martin is alleged to have told Soudas that he and Cope could “Go f--- yourselves”.
