DSL Extreme → Website Down Again

I'm posting this on behalf of a client. He paid his hosting bill, but the payment was assigned by DSLExtreme to the wrong account. After talking to billing, that was corrected, but 3 days after the correction the site was taken down. Why? He's now being told that he will have to rebuild his website and reconstruct all of his email accounts. The last time this happened Ivan got things back up and running, I understand Ivan is no longer with you. Can someone else fill his shoes?
