SBG6580 in Bridge Mode DOCSIS 3.0 Upstream Issue

I just had the TWC guy install DOCSIS 3.0 (50/5). He put SBG6580 in bridge mode so that I can continue to use Linksys E3000 as my router.

Downstream is pretty consistent at around 51 but upstream caps out at around 3.8. On the front panel of the modem, "receive" is blue indicating I'm getting bonded high speed channel for downstream but "send" is green indicating I'm not getting bonded high speed channel for upstream.

Is that my problem? Is it because I'm using it as a bridge? How can I get bonded upstream?

Thanks for your help in advance.

I am not sure if bonded upstream is being used yet by TW.
