[bug] DST Issues Again?

I'm seeing really weird, almost random behavior with post time stamps.

On my /postlist page, I'll have say, 7:02AM as last updated, but when I look at the forum list, it says 6:02AM. Or, I post in a thread and it says the last post was at 06:15AM, but when the AJAX-y reply shows up, it says 07:15AM. Then I refresh the page and my post shows 06:15AM.

And then I refresh everything again and it'll show the correct (later) time stamps.

I'll take a look into it, but you'll have to stop posting in order for me to do so. It'll take about a month.

I'm not seeing any problems. But then I'm not sure that I understand what your problem is.

Okay, I'm really posting this as a test, to see the time stamp after the ajax update.

(add in edit). My wristwatch said 9:30 at the time of posting. The ajax update showed the time of posting as 9:30:46. The post, after a reload, showed the time of posting as 9:30:46. The forum page showed the last post for the thread as at 9:30.

I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I don't see any problems.

I am using firefox under linux.

I thought it was really clear what the problem is.

Timestamps are jacked up. The screenshots in this post tell the story.

I make a post, the thread reply shows X-1:YY in the time stamp. My computer's clock says X:YY. The forum topic list page will show X:YY. X:YY is the correct localized time.

But I am not seeing that. As I look (before posting) the time on your last post says 10:27:02, and the forum page says 10:27 AM.

If you are consistently seeing a problem, but nobody else sees it, then maybe there is something strange about you and your setup, or perhaps there's a problem in the timezone definition files for the timezone you are using.

When I look at my account details, it shows my time zone as US/Central.

My computer uses that same time zone as the localzone.

It's an intermittent problem.

Don't worry, I'm not running a bunch of greasemonkey scripts because I don't like the shape of a button or whatever. It happens at work (IE8) and at home (Chrome).
