The performance from Frontier continues to be exceptional. I know they are over worked so we have stopped submitting trouble tickets. I hope the PUC will recognize their exceptional performance also.
I called today to get an update on the upgrades my area should be getting, they've said they were coming for over a year now, yet when I called the main support number they asked around and had no record of any upgrades coming... lol
That is terrible, they must have missed your area. I am very happy with the upgrade they have provided in our area. I am hoping they will cut my speed back even more. I am thrilled we are getting closer to dial-up. I just can't wait until we surpass satellite.
But in all seriousness, get them to fix that. They shouldn't be doing that. We see congestion at night in my area (not at the CO level) and they keep our sync rates at 3Mbps...
Excellent analogy Smith6612. Do you remember the song that had the lyrics "Easier said than done." That is the position we are in in this area. After consideration I deleted a large portion of this response. But problem resolution is a two way street, there must be two-way communication.
