Ooooh, I know what that is.
Click the link again, you'll get the page error. Then in the URL bar in your browser, delete the apostrophe in the work "I'll" and hit enter again. That should get you around the error. Non ASCII chars don't work well in the frontend.
But to reiterate what dandelion  said, there may not be any slots free. All depends on whether or not anyone has dropped out of the program. That should be a different error message though. |

I just tested it, and it works if you remove the apostrophe. And the 'active' incremented from 1312 to 1313. |
