Modem Options for External Antenna - Have OverdrivePro

I just found out that my OverdrivePro doesn't have an option to connect to an external antenna. What are my options on replacing one? Would I have to go through the sprint store? An exchange?

If anyone knows, I would appreciate the help. Thanks!

If you are inside your "cancel" window (14 days) they should be able to exchange it for a differnt one... one issue to consider is that the 3G and the 4G radios would each need different antennas... so you would be looking for a device with two antenna ports I am not certain they even offer a device with a 4G antenna port!

Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply. We're past our 14 days, but I'll still go see what they can do. I wouldn't need any modem capable of 4g antenna connection, since we cannot get it at our location.

I guess they give out the Overdrive Pro regardless of if you live in a 4g area or not.

Ok, so I went to the Sprint strore, and my best bet is to buy a modem and have that activated and the overdrive pro deactivated.

Does anyone know what USB modem 3g w/external antenna jack is highly recommended by those looking to increase speeds?

For Sprint 3G you want a Sierra Wireless 598U
