There seems to be widespread congestion problems within the FairPoint network. Luckily Milford NH does not seem to be affected.
From the posts here at BBR it seems Fiber customers are impacted more then DSL. I would have assumed Fiber and DSL use the same internal network but apparently they are separate.
Apparently, FairPoint is upgrading their network in the April time frame. I don't know if that has anything to do with the State's Network New Hampshire Now middle mile initiative.
