Yet another Frontier internet outage lasting many hours. Last night the tech support person told me to call billing and request a credit for my inconvenience. I intend to do that, and I encourage anyone else who was affected to do the same.
Probably a tornado or construction severing a line or squirrels chewing...I'm so sick of this so-called Internet Provider's excuses for not providing internet service. If only Frontier put just 10% of the effort into improving service as they do coming up with excuses as to why we have outages/dial-up speeds several times each week, I might see them as a legitimate company and not a cruel joke on rural customers who have no other choice but to put up with this ridiculata.
