over the air with an antenna doesn't exhibit this so i know its not the station. |

Yes, I see what you are seeing, I have seen it on several channels over the past 10 days or so, particularly bad today on 1015 though. I don't think it is compression, probably a piece of equipment failing.
The bitrate on 1015 has been consistently between 14-16Mbps
The same is also seen on analog 15. |

kudos:2 | Still an issue, The issue is moderate macroblocking mostly across the upper part of the screen.
Anyone that is experiencing this issue please report it to Cox. |
