For the last few months I have had very slow download speeds at home on multiple computer and wireless and direct connection cox preferred plan. Cox says it fine and says it may be my house and would charge as such if the came out and found it;s not their problem. Running speed test.net and a few others I seem to be stuck at .8 to 1.6 download and 1.8 to 3.5 upload. Sometimes its a little better in the AM but still crappy. Wondering if the modem is the issue (it's at least 6 years old.) Thanks for any help
