I received a letter back from AT&T regarding the FTC complaint I had filed, typical form letter of "we are throttling anyone on unlimited data plans after 3 GB or usage and we always had the clause saying we could" which they pointed to.
Here is something I found interesting. When I had data use carry over from another day prior to the end of my billing cycle they told me it can take up to 3 days to see it show up. But you can bet that once I hit the 3 GB cap they had it throttled within minutes. -- "So, Lone Starr, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb."
