Modem rebooting

Anyone else having their modem reboot almost daily?

Docsis 3.0 model

From the logs- "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" then reboot...

I have had the modem crap out a couple times recently but I don't think it's a DOCSIS 3.0 model.

Kinda funny that it happens at just after 5pm every day...

Sometimes it happens around 6 in the morning also...
