Do you have actual fiber running into your premises with the whole getup or are you still running off copper for the last mile (fiber-to-the-node)? Did you try a different test server? Here are my results for the Fioptics 10/2 tier (used to have 20/5 but my father had them lower it to 10/2 after CBT jacked the price when the 1 year promotional period expired.... sucks only having half speed)
