[Availability] FITL Roswell to be upgraded?

Hey, guys.

So, I've been wondering about the FITL lines, cause I heard something about it on this forum for a while back, and I heard it kept being pushed back, and various stuff. There's a thread here- »Georgia IFITL areas to be upgraded?
But it's really not in one opinion. There are people who say they've seen the work in progress, have had it done, or are never getting it.
Anyway, on that thread there's a link to a particular legalese document, which contains various dates and places to be upgraded. However, when I search my /co (also on the thread) (RSWLGAMA - got it from 770-518) it doesn't show up anywhere within the legalese. Does that mean I'm never getting the upgrade? Was it ever planned? I'm going on a megabyte of download, and a third of a megabyte of upload. I live in a huge neighborhood, and thought I would have been upgraded by now, but I can't get uverse, and I'm still on FITL.

AT&T should have upgraded us ALL by now, instead of leaving us in the dust. Anyway, anyone have any info?

Sorry to deliver negative news Blackbeak, but like me, we are stuck waiting for ATT to green light their project efforts of upgrading IFITL subdivisions. Just before December, all areas pretty much around Gwinnett were on schedule to be upgraded, but as of the new year, the project was suddenly halted. Budget concerns were stated as a reason.

If you're like me and do not have another choice like cable, then it's a nightmare situation. I can go on forever with commentary of how ridiculous it is that we're stuck on a system that is dead awful, slow, and embarrassing in this day and age.
