Hello, my townhouse complex (Emeryville, CA) is lit with fiber & I recently upgraded to 1Gbps service. My issue is i'm only getting 200mbps up/down when using speedtest, speakeasy & the java tools on this site. Is there a better way to test my true bandwidth? I want to make sure I am getting what I paid for.
BTW, the techs that installed the service said they haven't seen higher than 250mbps using these tools.
