| [CDV] Business Class Digital Voice - Can't Access Online DV Cent Can anyone help me with a corporate contact or an email address I can write to help me with our situation.
Ever since we set up our Business account last October, we've been unable to access the Digital Voice Center.
Therefore, we can't access any of our call settings, and most importantly, set up email notification of new messages.
I have called Tech Support multiple times, even had Comcast Steve here try and fix it to avail. It's almost as if our CDV is unlinked somehow from our main account.
We tried logging in w/ email and password, phone # and PIN code - nothing.
We are missing being notified when we are not in the store and receive important notifications.

Once you login there, you can click on the "Phone/Manage Calling Features" link, which should give you a popup window like this:
