So after a week of when we were suppose to get the new modem... we called and they informed us... They haven't even shipped it yet...
Why is this the only internet company in my area...
Furthermore, my mother (age 51, so I'm not sure about this) said last she called (when she was informed of a new modem) she was talking to the women I emailed, Stephanie Castle - »www.linkedin.com/pub/stephanie-c···/373/58b (her profile at linkedin)
She told my mother something along the lines of... we're three miles away from the RT, so we're lucky we can even get any internet..
That just blows my mind.... Complete bullshit.
So when we get the modem, what should I do? Call again and request a repair or something? So then I can plainly show the tech our margin dB's?
