Yes; its now released with Firefox 19.
If the extension is installed, it should be automatically disabled.
Check your pdf viewer default choice in Options > Applications. |

kudos:1 | The extension was not automatically disabled. I had to disable it and restart Firefox to get it to take. If I set Action to Always Ask, when asked the option to Preview in Firefox is not available. The only works if I set Action to Preview in Firefox.
Could it be because I am using Linux? I shouldn't but....

Re: Firefox's native PDF Viewer Updated Nice implementation on the part of Mozilla crew. Stayed right out of the way of my established Sumatra rendering. I've nothing bad to say about Sumatra: light, fast, simple. Glad that Mozilla saw fit to not intrude.  |

Then I noticed recently that it is available for Sea Monkey, latest version, that I have on the Win 8 computer. So, I installed it for SM. The few times I have used it there, I've been impressed. I sort of wish it was available for Fx 17 ESR.

kudos:4 | The extension available for Fx 17 is not the same as what I have for the latest SeaMonkey. I seldom need PDF reader anymore so I'll use SM or download to Evince when I need it.
