| New Car- Free one year- change radio?? I just bought a new truck that came with the free one year built into the radio. I will be upgrading the system to a nav unit that has XM capabilities. Can I transfer my free year to the new radio? or will I lose it and have to start a subscription? TIA Jerry. |

| You maybe able to switch the services to that new radio, just tell them the one in the car died and you switched to it. |

I bought a new vehicle in 09 w/ nav. The audio system had an issue (not with the satellite radio) that required the entire nav/radio unit to be replaced. I didn't even have to call anyone. The dealer took care of transferring everything over to the new unit for me. |
