If so please let us know what happens when someone calls you. Do they get a busy signal, your voicemail, or something else?
I can give you some general advice:
- Unforward the ports in your router; that is typically not necessary.
- Be sure that Sipdroid is registered to the same PoP that your DID is set for. Since you live in Montreal, this will probably be something like montreal.voip.ms.
- Check the Customer Portal to see if your device appears to be registered.
