My speed went from:
14Mbps at peak to 40-60Mbps.
Maybe this can explain it:
Short term, or long term, i dont know 
..there is still a problem with 99.9 percent of websites outside of Canada connect at 1/10th of the speed.. trying to get that fixed, but inside Canada.. its pretty fast |
