1) These cities don't have the money to build a FTTH network.
2) Comcast is the cable provider in most of these cities. |

The city building fiber would be brilliant except they dont have the money and the ISP's would scream bloody murder (HOW DARE YOU MAKE US COMPETE WITH YOU) even if you would eventually give the lines to them down the line |
