It has been a while since I have been on here and it is nothing against anyone. I have been busy in my personal life and just havent had time. Anyways, in the attached image, can someone tell me how the six entries below the main entry gets there and how does Google decide what order they are listed. We are wanting to have a link to our site appear that says something like Free Shipping & New Products and that link would go to our homepage. It would show up as one of these "extensions" and draw customer attention.

Google calls them sitelinks. You can't add them, Google automatically selects them based on your sitemap. You can demote them if you don't agree with Google using the ones it has selected via Webmaster Tools.
