Microsoft → Power Shell Script to read event log

Hello Everyone, I need to find powershell script that I can use to capture the following information from the event logs. After gathering this information with powershell I will then used to information to throw alerts into SCOM.

Event ID equal 1100

Event Source equal Bigpc01

Event Level equal error

EventDescription contains The job is running behind
