| Cant get it to connect.. Just bought the magicjack yesterday...hooked it up to my laptop got my free try out... called my son etc no problem.
Today registered it got my canadian number, activated it with the email etc now no dial tone keep getting error 3 ..
Tried this....
On your softphone, please do the following:
Click "Menu" on the top right-hand corner
Click "Advanced Users"
Click "Restart
It didnt work now what ???
Customer service is terrible no number to call I am very dissappointed at this point no service yet... |

| Try downloading mjremover from the MJ web page, then plug your MJ dongle back in and start from scratch.
See if that helps.

I just spent about half hour with live chat.I found them to be very helpful.Turns out that mine ended up being defective.Because,mine worked for the first two months,then stopped working.They are sending me a replacement,although theres a non refundable charge of just over ten dollars.Other than this,Ive been very pleased with my Magic Jack... |
