[Info] Cisco 861 QoS Disabled
I've been working with a Cisco 861 for a few days as a possible replacement for our old routers. One of the features I'd like to start using is QoS. I'm running IOS 15.0(1)M7, and using CCP to configure, but when I got to the QoS sections, I get the attached image.
Click on 'Licence Management' and see what licence you have on the device.
Alternatively check against Feature Navigator to see what you need for QOS. Looks like
15.0(1)M7 needs Universal / Adv Security for QOS.
Thanks for the response. I checked my license management page and have advsecurity listed as deployed and in use. There is no Universal license listed.
I apologize for what must sound like a dumb question, but is the universal license a separate license, or is it the default that comes with the router?
Should have waited to post. I found the answer to my own question.
Since I have ADVsecurity in use and deployed, is there some other reason why QoS might not be working?

Can't think of one off the top of my head. What kind of QOS are you looking to configure?
If you can get into CLI, you can try configuring QOS that way, as a thought.
