On rare occasions I get just over half the advertised speeds, of course, it's up to such and such to give them a lot of leeway. Last night I tried to do a ViaSat survey they sent me, 13 attempts over a 10 minute period, each time having to reload, I quit in the end as a bad job. Right this minute I'm showing 169 kb/s so no, I doubt if I will upgrade. I'll stick to 3G at least it's fairly constant and of course I don't have the caps I currently have
