I shifted to TekSavvy a few months ago after receiving consistently slower bandwidth from Bell and Rogers than I contracted for.
I have had no problems with the service and have not had to call their help desk for support. So, can't comment on it. However, the fact that I have not had to call them is a good thing, right?
BTW, after complaining about the slow service and cancelling my subscription with them, Bell called to offer me a discount and a guarantee that they would not purposefully slow my connection again. It was a little late and maddening to think that I contracted for and paid for a service only to realize that they never intended to provide it.
