Nice...

Crystal clear evidence that caps were always about an overage revenue stream. Now I would think there would be plenty of employers out there that would want to block this capability as well. I can't imagine anybody would be happy to find someone in thier cubicle watching Gossip Girl (it's sad that I actually know what that is)!

Did you and Karl actually read the article?

It isn't about HD content, and the only reference to caps, is where he suggests the consumer will not pay for video streams bandwidth or overages, instead, the content provider will pay in lieu of the retail customer.
