poor service

Poor Poor Service. To long on the phone with customer service. They don't give a dam about the customers. They only want the funds. Bad, Bad, Bad. What to do? Two installers have been here and neither one could install the cable. Why not hire folks who are willing to do the job they are getting paid to do?

Anyone suggest any other service.
