| Twc outage (due to SCE) - quick response I had an outage Thursday with TWC, as SCE did some maintenance up the street at 9 am. Internet/TV/Phone all dropped.
Call TWC (cell), and 3 trucks were there by 9:30 and power was restored to the local amp. They told me the reason that my service went down was because someone stole the batteries (I could see the outline where 6 batteries would sit - 2 shelves of 3). Lock wasn't cut / broken either, but it looks like the battery cables were cut.
Fortunately, they put new set in, as SCE's fix later killed the whole area, and my phone at least worked. |
