Adobe fixed the audio problem in the next Flash Player version it looks like:

From that link Kona, Flash 11.3 will be the one to fix both the video/audio sync as well as the audio stutter issue or just the audio stutter?

I hope the 11.3 version fixes the audio stutter problem, but I guess we won't know until it comes out.
